Introduction

The Teal-Jones Group (Teal) has initiated a public advisory group for Tree Farm Licence (TFL) 46 Honeymoon Bay Operation (southwest island) as part of their certification initiatives. TFL 46 is within the scope of other broader public participation processes (e.g., Vancouver Island Land Use Plan) applicable to larger geographical areas. Teal plans to build on the results of these broader plans, and emphasize local values on a smaller, more specific scale. |

These Terms of Reference are designed to define and guide the process of public participation in the development and maintenance of Teal's Sustainable Forest Management Plan.
These Terms of Reference must be agreed upon by members of the Southwest Island Public Advisory Group (SIPAG).
